Our Story
Life Rehabilitation and Wellness was founded by clinicians — people who had spent years at bedsides long before they thought about running an agency.
Working across hospitals, rehab floors and private homes taught the same lesson over and over: what changes an outcome is rarely the equipment. It is whether somebody knows the patient well enough to notice when something is off, and cares enough to act on it.
So we built the organization around the four things that actually move the needle: clinical excellence, care shaped to the individual, genuine respect, and real relationships with every patient and family we serve.
The goal was never simply to provide home healthcare. It was to build a place where compassion and professionalism pull in the same direction — and that still guides every decision we make.
